Seeking a Clinic Care Tech, Medical Assistant, or Licensed Practical Nurse to serve in Essentia Health’s Hematology/Oncology. The position works 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with no holidays or weekends.

Responsibilities include assisting the RN, physician, and other providers, providing direct patient care in an ambulatory setting, performing identified procedures for which competencies have been demonstrated, and caring for patients ranging from newborn to elderly.

Must be a current Licensed Practical Nurse in the appropriate state or have current registration or certification as a Medical Assistant, or have verifiable completion of a Medical Assistant Program and become certified within one year of hire (must pass certification within two attempts). Must be Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certified or obtain certification within 3 months.

The Clinic Care Technician assists RN, physician, and other providers with direct patient care in the ambulatory setting, supporting patient care for all ages. Flexibility and adaptability in various clinical settings are required.

Educational Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Certification/Licensure Requirements:
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certified or obtain within 3 months.

Day Rotation. Shift start times: 07:30, 07:45, 08:00. Shift end times: 15:30, 16:00, 16:30. No holidays; no call obligation.
