Schedule

Self-determined – you can choose to set your schedule for:

  • Weekdays only (Monday-Friday)
  • Weekends only (Saturday & Sunday) or no weekends
  • Day or evening shifts
Location

On the road; locations will vary (in-person at the home(s) of client(s) living in and around the Duluth area)

Qualifications and Skills
  • Current PT license to practice in Minnesota
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently
Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess the patient’s current physical abilities and limitations and develop individualized treatment plans based on the patient’s needs
  • Provide physical therapy treatments and therapeutic exercises to clients in their homes
  • Monitor and document patient’s progress
  • Educate patient and family on how to manage and care for the patient’s physical limitations
  • Communicate with other healthcare staff to coordinate care for the patient

Regency Home Health Care has immediate opportunities for a contracted PT professional to serve clients living in or around the Duluth area for Physical Therapy visits in the client’s home. This will be a contracted, part-time position.

* Visit locations and times may vary.
