Resident Assistant​/Caregiver​/CNA​/HHA​/TMA​/PCA - NOC​/Overnight

Now Hiring Full-Time & Part-Time Overnight (NOC) Resident Assistants/Caregivers

NOC Shift Differential: +$1.50/hour

As a Resident Assistant/Caregiver, you'll help ensure our residents are safe, comfortable, and well cared for during the overnight hours by:

• Assisting with activities of daily living, including toileting, dressing, grooming, and mobility as needed.
• Monitoring resident well-being and responding promptly to resident needs.
• Building meaningful relationships while providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Maintaining a safe, calm, and comfortable environment throughout the night.
• Communicating important observations with the care team.
• Documenting resident care accurately.
• Working as part of a supportive team committed to exceptional care.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

• A caring, dependable individual with a passion for helping others.
• Previous caregiving, Resident Assistant, PCA, DSP, or CNA experience is a plus, but not required
  .
• CNA certification is NOT required.
• Strong communication, observation, and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet navigation.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• Ability to successfully complete a DHS background study.
