Job Summary
Innovative Human Services is hiring a full‑time Home Care Assistant to support one female client in her own clean and beautiful home in Cloquet, MN.
Compensation & Benefits- Wage: $18.00 – $19.00 per week
- Hiring bonus: $500.00
- Additional bonuses: $250 after 50 shifts worked; $250 after completing medication training
- Benefits include employer‑matched 401(k), medical and dental insurance, long‑term disability, employee meals, incentive and recognition programs, and paid time off (PTO)
- Provide compassionate support to a female client, ensuring her home environment is safe and clean.
- Assist with daily living tasks as needed, while maintaining client’s privacy and dignity.
- Patient, caring, and compassionate attitude.
- Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
