Job Description
Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.
Soliant Education is collaborating with a school district near Mounds View, MN to fill a critical role for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This full‑time position involves supporting elementary students and requires candidates with an Associate degree or higher, or completion of the para exam.
Position Details- Start Date: As soon as possible.
- Work Hours: Full-time.
- Education Requirement: Must have an Associate degree or higher, or completion of the para exam.
- Student Level: Elementary.
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Collect and record data on student behavior during sessions.
- Work collaboratively with the special education team and other professionals.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized behavior support plans.
- RBT Certification: Hold a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
