Continuum Therapy Partners is excited to offer a full‑time leadership opportunity for a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) at Viewcrest Health Center and Franciscan Health Center, a collaborative, patient‑centered skilled nursing facility where your leadership and clinical expertise truly make a difference.
Position Highlights- Seek a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department
- Ensure excellence in clinical services and outcomes
- Provide mentorship and support to therapy staff
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote optimal patient care
