Part Time – Duluth, MN, US

Salary Range: $17.00 – $23.00 Hourly

Position

Duties Include:

• Visiting clients in their homes and helping them maintain their independence. You'll be helping families in your community stay in their homes.
• Provide Direct Support to individuals served. This includes supporting the client in individualized goals, including personal care tasks such as helping client get in and out of bed, assisting with bathing/showering, and keeping the home clean and safe.
• Building relationships with individuals and reporting any concerns to the Designated Coordinator.
• Supporting community engagement by attending community events and similar activities.

Qualifications

Qualified applicants need reliable transportation and are comfortable visiting clients in their homes. Willing to provide transportation if necessary, must hold a valid driver’s license and current insurance.
