Sunflower Communities is seeking an Evening Caregiver (CNA/DSP/HHA/PCA) to join the Elmore Assisted Living team in Elmore, Minnesota. This full- or part-time role runs from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with every other weekend.
You will assist residents with ADLs, support evening routines, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment while promoting independence and dignity. compensation ranges from $19 to $25 per hour, with evening shift differential and bonus eligibility; depend on experience.
