Job Description

We are a home care aide services agency that has been in business since 2007 and help elderly people stay safe and well in their homes. We provide home care services in 15 states. We also offer same day pay options for our caregivers.

We are in need of a Personal Care Aide to assist an elderly male client with bathing, dressing, grooming, and walking to help him remain independent s position is located in Mahnomen, MN.

• Assist the client with bathing, dressing, grooming, and walking.
• Support the client’s daily living activities and help maintain personal independence.
• Follow any specific care instructions provided by the client or agency.
• Report any changes in client’s status or concerns to the appropriate staff.

This is a long‑term position requiring 9 hours per week. The schedule is flexible but must be adhered to once agreed upon.

• Base pay: $26 per hour.
• Bonus: $4 per hour for completing all scheduled shifts, resulting in a total of $30 per hour.
• Same-day pay options available.
• Position is a W‑2 employee.

• Experience as a caregiver is required.
• Ability to assist with mobility and daily living activities.
• Available to work a flexible schedule of 9 hours per week.

• Must obtain a TB skin test if not recently done. The test costs $25; if completed at a CVS Minute Clinic, the cost of $75 will be reimbursed upon receipt.
• Background check will be conducted.
• Must be able to work in the Mahnomen, MN area.
