AMN Healthcare Allied is seeking a Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment at Cook, Minnesota.

- Experience in outpatient settings preferred
- SSN and DOB required
- Work history with no gap greater than 30 days
- One reference from the last 12 months
- Manual therapy experience
