Occupational Therapist – Windom Area Health
Location: Windom, MN
Pay Range: $34.53 – $51.79 per hour (rates reflect experience)
Job Summary: Full‑time Occupational Therapist responsible for conducting patient evaluations, assessments, developing individualized care plans, and delivering patient‑centered treatment across a variety of age groups. Provide high‑quality care in a collaborative environment and support care needs across departments or affiliated facilities as needed.
Responsibilities- Conduct patient evaluations and assessments.
- Develop individualized care plans.
- Provide patient‑centered treatment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
- Document progress and outcomes accurately.
- Offer flexibility to support care needs across departments or affiliated facilities.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Licensed or license‑eligible in the State of Minnesota.
- Certified through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- Experience with orthopedic and sensory integration preferred but not required.
Hourly pay ranges from $34.53 to $51.79, depending on experience.
