• Welcomes new patients and obtains orthodontic records.
• Maintains an on‑time patient workflow.
• Provides direction in terms of following schedule or seeing the next available patient.
• Greets new patients and family members.
• Familiarizes new patients and families with the clinic layout.
• Catches X‑rays, photographs and scans.
• Relays new patient information to treatment coordinators and doctors.
• Coordinates clinical records requests.
• Manages patient treatment flow and scheduling.
• Maintains strict compliance with state, federal, and other regulations.
• Performs after‑care communication.
• May clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment.
• May cross‑train to support multiple roles within the clinic.

• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with patients and coworkers.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to listen and understand information verbally and in writing.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous dental clinical experience preferred.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
