Qualifications and Skills:

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy
• Current physical therapy license in Minnesota
• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably working with the geriatric population and individuals with disabilities
• A member of the American Physical Therapy Association

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Able to file and answer phones
• Able to train and orient new staff
• Initiate and maintain communication with referral resources, clients, and patients
• Ensure timely payment of accounts payable and meet payroll deadlines
• Able to work autonomously

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting

• Occupational Therapist with 3 or more years of experience
• Member of the MN Occupational Therapy Association
• Experience in Home Care Occupational Therapy
• CPR certified
• Passionate about helping others through occupational therapy in the comfort of their home or community

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current license in Occupational Therapy in MN

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Travel to accommodate clients
• Discuss treatment options and preventative measures
• Conduct acupuncture treatment sessions in accordance with all standards of practice and state and federal laws
• Take detailed histories from clients
• Ensure all safety, infection, quality, and environmental procedures and rules are in place and used
• Listen to clients during acupuncture and adjust technique to meet their needs
• Develop and propose treatment plans that are centered around the client’s specific needs
• Committed to ongoing education for professional growth and development

Qualifications and Skills:
