Residential Transitions Inc. (RTI) is seeking a dedicated Waiver Case Manager for Dakota County. We work with people living at home and in RTI settings, providing person-centered case management to those eligible for CADI/BI Waiver services. This role requires in-person training at our main office for 60 days.
RTI offers a hybrid work environment, a salary of $50,000–$55,000 per year, generous PTO, holidays, health benefits, and growth opportunities. Travel within the Metro area is required.
