Overview

Assist residents with mental illness in short term community homes by practicing independent living skills. Help with setting healthy social boundaries, budgeting, attending medical appointments, grocery shopping, choosing healthy meals, medication administration, and fostering healthy friendships/relationships or other areas of need.

• Assist residents with mental health needs in short term community housing.
• Support independent living skills and daily routines.
• Assist with budgeting, attending medical appointments, grocery shopping, meal planning and preparation.
• Support medication administration and monitor for safety and adherence.
• Encourage healthy social boundaries and positive relationships.

• Must have some experience with mental health.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a strong drive to help others and create positive relationships with persons served.

• Wage: $20.00/hr

• $500.00 Hiring Bonus
• $250 after 50 shifts worked
• $250 after completing Medication Training
