Adara Home Health is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to provide in-home physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. You will travel to client homes in the St. Cloud area, delivering 1:1 care and implementing Home Exercise Programs.
The role requires a two-year PTA program, MN licensure, and strong communication skills. Travel and documentation are essential; patients' progress is discussed with the supervising PT.
