Provide direct patient care to patients under the direction of the RN and according to the Aide Plan of Care;
Assist the patient with self-administered medications and monitor medication adherence;
Take accurate temperature, pulse and blood pressure measurements and report abnormalities;
Assist with bathing, grooming, hygiene, feeding, and daily living activities;
Document interactions and care provided, and communicate with caregivers and staff to ensure continuity of care
