Bridges to Success provides short and long-term supportive services to adults with physical and mental disabilities who are living at home, with a family member or out in the community. We strive to help our community thrive.

Location: Litchfield, MN and surrounding areas

Hours of Position: Flexible based on staff availability and client needs

Variable

Hours:

• Part-time/Full-time
• Days
• Evenings
• Sleep Overnights

Compensation:

• $18.00-$19.00/hour, based on experience
• $10.59/hour, base sleep pay rate between the hours of midnight and 6:00am

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field preferred
• OR an Associate's Degree in a Social Services Discipline
• OR two years (4,174 hours) of supervised experience working with individuals who exhibit challenging behaviors as well as co-occurring mental disorders or neurocognitive disorder.
• A valid Driver's License, clean MVR & auto insurance (You will be using your personal vehicle to transport clients)
• The ability to pass a MN DHS background check
• A working mobile device that can receive & send phone calls and capability of downloading application for documentation
• The ability to make independent decisions
• Reliability and flexibility are necessary for success in this position
