Job Description:

As an ARMHS practitioner at Kettle Health Inc, you will focus on providing mental health support, including:

  • Mental illness symptom management
  • Community resource utilization and integration
  • Crisis assistance
  • Relapse prevention
  • Household management
  • Healthy lifestyle skills and practices

You will meet clients in their homes and in the community to provide these supports.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct mental health services to clients
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Facilitate client access to community resources
  • Provide crisis intervention and support
  • Assist clients in developing healthy lifestyle skills and relapse prevention strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community agencies

Qualifications:

For consideration, you must meet one of the following education and/or experience requirements:

  • Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field

OR

  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences or related field and completion of a practicum or internship that requires direct interaction with adults or children served and is focused on behavioral sciences or related fields

OR

  • Completion of 30 semester hours or 45 quarter hours in behavioral sciences or related fields with a minimum of 2,000 hours of supervised experience working with mental illness and/or substance abuse disorders

OR

  • No degree with a minimum of 4,000 hours of supervised experience working with mental illness, substance abuse disorders, and/or emotional disturbances
