Job Overview

Assist residents with mental illness in short‑term community homes, practicing independent living skills including setting healthy social boundaries, budgeting, attending medical appointments, grocery shopping, choosing healthy meals, administering medication, and fostering healthy friendships or relationships.

• Support residents in daily living tasks and promote their independence.
• Encourage and model healthy social boundaries and budgeting practices.
• Assist with medical appointments, grocery shopping, and medication administration.
• Provide guidance on establishing healthy relationships and other personal development areas.

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Some experience in mental health settings.
• Strong drive to help others and create positive relationships with persons served.
