Contract Certified Dietary Manager
Contract Certified Dietary Manager for a 26-week assignment located near Carlton, Minnesota. You will oversee daily dietary services in a long-term care facility and help ensure residents receive nutritionally balanced meals. Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily dietary services in a long-term care facility
- Develop, implement, and monitor menus that meet nutritional standards and residents' dietary restrictions
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure timely and appropriate meal delivery and dietary care
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations related to food safety and dietary services
- Supervise dietary staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Serv Safe or equivalent food safety certification
- CPR certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in dietary management or food service within a healthcare setting
- Experience working in long-term care facilities
- Ability to work dayshift (8 AM-5 PM)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills:
- Certification or degree in dietary management or food service administration
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification
