Job Title: Overnight Caregiver (CNA / HHA / DSP / PCA) | Assisted Living & Memory Care

Location: Elmore Assisted Living, Elmore, MN

Schedule:
Full-Time or Part-Time |
11:00 PM - 7:30 AM |
Every Other Weekend

Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Shift Differentials:

• +$1.75 per hour for overnight hours
• +$1.00 per hour on weekends

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and other ADLs.
• Provide overnight supervision, support, and safety monitoring.
• Respond promptly to resident needs with compassion and professionalism.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition.
• Document care and communicate updates to nursing staff and leadership.
• Help maintain a calm, comfortable, and structured overnight environment.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and fellow team members.
• Support residents with dignity, respect, and person-centered care.

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, Resident Assistant, or Caregiver is helpful but not required.
• Interest in senior living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, or long-term care.
• Willingness to pursue CNA certification with employer support.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to quality care.
