Essentia Health Duluth - Miller Dwan is hiring for a Med/Surg Float Pool RN to provide patient care across units including Observation, Inpatient Rehab and Med/Surg.
You'll organize care from assessment to evaluation, lead a nursing team, and help meet the hospital's mission while serving the community. A Minnesota RN license and BCLS are required; 0.75 FTE with 12-hour shifts and day/night rotation.
