Griffin Memorial Hospital (GMH) is seeking a Behavioral Health Case Manager for its Consumer Services team. This role focuses on clinical services, telehealth and in-person support, screenings and referrals for individuals with mental health and substance use challenges.
The position is full-time and shift-based, with the primary hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED; RN license in Oklahoma is a plus.
