Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst[82781]

We’re partnering with a school in Isanti County, MN to hire dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supports students by assessing behavioral needs and developing data-driven intervention strategies. This role plays a key part in improving student behavior, enhancing learning environments, and supporting overall student success through collaboration with school teams.

August 17, 2026

End Date:
May 21, 2027

Schedule:

32 hours weekly

School Year: 2026/2027

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify causes of challenging behaviors
  • Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) using data-driven practices
  • Provide direct and consultative behavioral support across school settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure consistency in interventions
  • Train and support staff on behavior strategies, implementation, and data collection
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to improve outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Active or eligible Minnesota licensure/certification as applicable
  • Experience working with children or adolescents in school or clinical settings preferred
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and evidence-based interventions
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a team
