The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supports students by assessing behavioral needs and developing data-driven intervention strategies. This role plays a key part in improving student behavior, enhancing learning environments, and supporting overall student success through collaboration with school teams.

Responsibilities:- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify causes of challenging behaviors
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) using data-driven practices
- Provide direct and consultative behavioral support across school settings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure consistency in interventions
- Train and support staff on behavior strategies, implementation, and data collection
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to improve outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Active or eligible Minnesota licensure/certification as applicable
- Experience working with children or adolescents in school or clinical settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and evidence-based interventions
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a team
