Xray Technologist position located in Duluth, MN, specializing in routine X-ray procedures within a hospital setting. Job Details
- Schedule:
Rotating shifts, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. - Required Qualifications:
ARRT (Radiologic Technologist) certification, American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification, Associate Degree or Certificate from an accredited radiologic technology program, minimum 3 years experience in radiologic technology, and experience with Electronic Prescription for Imaging and Communication (EPIC Radiant) charting. - Preferred Qualifications:
Comfort working in the operating room, experience with routine X-ray and portable imaging in hospital settings, and familiarity with working in surgery, outpatient, emergency, and fluoroscopy environments. - Float:
Float rotation may be required across surgery, outpatient, emergency department, and fluoroscopy departments. - Additional Information:
The position requires working with a scrub color of teal, provided by the department. Travel assignments may involve low census hours that are unbillable, during which travelers can be on call. Call back minimum is two hours with possible call shifts as needed, requiring a 30-minute response time. During flu season, vaccination is mandatory, and masks must be worn if vaccination is declined.
The contract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours. During orientation, hours are not guaranteed.
