Physician Assistant
Aspirus Health is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient Neurosurgery clinic in Duluth, Minnesota.
This is a great opportunity to work closely with experienced surgeons in a highly supportive, team-focused environment while building specialized clinical skills.
OPPORTUNITY:- Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
- No call responsibilities
- Collaborative, cohesive, and collegial team environment with strong mentorship and support from neurosurgeons

- Manage surgical follow-ups, non-surgical consultations, suture removal, and ongoing patient care management
- Opportunity to perform injections (including Botox & trigger point)
- Adult patient population
- Neurosurgery or trauma experience is helpful but not required
- Two Neurosurgeons
- RN Navigator
- Medical Assistant
- Intake Assistant
- Referral Specialist
- Competitive benefits and generous compensation package including relocation assistance, student loan repayment program,annual CME allowance, and a sign‑on bonus.
- $118,000 – $148,250/year. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentive or production-based compensation.
