ASPIRUS ST. LUKE'S CLINIC in Duluth, MN is seeking an ULTRASOUND TECH-CLINICS to join our OB-GYN CLINIC team!
Job Details- Salary Range: $32.18 - $46.66 Hourly

Generally No Weekends - FTE: OCCASIONAL, 0.001 FTE
The Ultrasound Technologist, working under the administrative direction of the Clinic Manager and the technical direction of the Physicians, performs diagnostic ultrasound procedures, including related quality controls. Maintains related quality assurance records required for ultrasound services. Operates real time ultrasound equipment and communicates technical impressions to Physicians and assists with records and inventory management. Performs functions as assigned by Clinic Manager.
MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS
- Education:
Graduate of a two (2) year radiologic technology program or graduate of an ultrasound technology program. Education may be offset with at least five (5) years directly related ultrasound or sonography experience. - Experience:
N/A - Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Registered Radiologic Technologist Sonography from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) OR Registered Ultrasound Technologist from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) within ninety (90) days of hire or, if graduate of a non-accredited program, within twenty (20) months of date of hire. Within ninety (90) days of hire, BLS Certification with a designation of either BLS Provider or Healthcare Provider from either the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, or Military Training Network.
QUALIFICATIONS

Six (6) months previous experience preferred. - Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Nuchal Translucency (NTQR) certification within six (6) months of hire.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Maintain competency in Diagnostic Ultrasound Techniques; able to function well in stressful situations; coordinating patient exams for efficient completion; working knowledge of preps for ultrasound exams. Knowledge of customer relations principles, to exercise good judgment, accept personal responsibility and carry out assigned tasks. Ability to establish and maintain harmonious and cooperative working relationships with other people, both in person and on the telephone.
Ability to effectively communicate with Physicians, patients and support staff. Ability to write legibly, see, hear, read and speak English. Computer keyboarding skills.
