Contract
- Certified Dietary Manager
26-week travel assignment in or near Carlton, Minnesota. The role offers competitive compensation, benefits, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in dietary services.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily management of dietary services within the long-term care facility
- Develop, implement, and monitor menus that meet nutritional standards and residents' dietary restrictions
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure timely and appropriate meal delivery and dietary care
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations related to food safety and dietary services
- Supervise dietary staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification or degree in dietary management or food service administration preferred
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) preferred;
Serv Safe or equivalent food safety certification; CPR certification - Minimum of 1 year of experience in dietary management or food service within a healthcare setting; experience with long-term care facilities
- Ability to work dayshift (8 AM - 5 PM); strong organizational and communication skills; must be able to work independently and as part of a team
