We're seeking a Part-Time Float Pharmacist to support Genoa Healthcare pharmacies across Northern Minnesota, including Duluth, Baxter, Sartell, and St. Cloud. This position is 32 hours per week
, with pharmacy hours generally Monday through Friday and a schedule based on business needs. As a float pharmacist, you'll provide coverage across multiple sites while building relationships with patients, providers, and care teams throughout the communities you serve.

In This Role, You Will

• Provide pharmacist services and prescription support for community-based pharmacy locations
• Partner with providers and care teams to help patients stay on track with treatment plans
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every patient interaction
• Administer immunizations in accordance with state regulations
• Ensure compliance with all applicable pharmacy laws and regulations
• Support pharmacy operations at multiple Northern Minnesota locations as needed

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $44.09 to $78.70 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
