Key responsibilities include:
- Helping individuals with personal hygiene and behavioral challenges
- Supporting developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Building meaningful relationships and encouraging community participation
- Taking initiative to enhance participants’ quality of life
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services or related fields (preferred)
- Strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, and time-management skills
- Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behavior
- Valid driver’s license and access to insured vehicle
