Greet and acknowledge arriving guests and assist with breakfast service;
Maintain knowledge of daily breakfast count, in-house groups, and features/services provided by the hotel;
Promote and educate guests on breakfast options available per brand standards;
Most tasks are performed in a team environment with the employee acting as a team leader and ensuring smooth breakfast operations;
Shift starts around 5 am; you will prep food, clean, restock, and greet guests during your shift; after breakfast, ensure cleanliness and garbage disposal
