$23 - $25 / hour
Key Responsibilities- Post open positions in ATS
- Source candidates using job boards, social media platforms, referrals, networking events, and other recruiting tools.
- Conduct candidate outreach through phone calls, text messages, email, and social media.
- Screen candidates to assess qualifications, work history, career goals, and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within UKG
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Present candidates to hiring managers
- Present offers to candidates based on hiring managers decisions
- Attend networking events, job fairs, and community outreach activities.
- Develop relationships with candidates to create positive candidate experiences.
- Assist with recruiting campaigns and employment marketing initiatives.
- Meet sourcing activity goals and performance expectations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor’s degree in human resources preferred. - Minimum 2 years recruiting, sales, customer service, hospitality, or relationship building experience.
- Proven proficiency in MS Office Suite particularly Excel and Word required.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organization, detailed, dynamic, critical thinking, and outcome-orientated background.
