Workday HCM Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• This position will be on the Core HCM Workday product team
• This candidate will be a key partner with business and product stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, assist with development, and complete UAT testing prior to release
• Excellent communication is a must as they will be working closely with executive-level employees, as well as the product team

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience supporting Workday HCM in an analyst or lead role
• Strong experience gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and supporting testing
• Deep understanding of Workday Business Process Framework
• 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent

• Experience with additional HCM modules (Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time)
• Experience supporting or partnering on Workday integration
• Prior Workday certification
• Experience supporting Workday tenants in a large, complex organization

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large‑scale planning for Business Execution
• Review and analyze complex multi‑faced, large scale or longer‑term Business Execution challenges that require in‑depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi‑faced situations requiring a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel
