POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for full-cycle recruiting across multiple functional areas (corporate functions, field, branch operations, and manufacturing) to include proactive sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and initiation of pre-employment processes. Serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers by providing guidance on talent strategy, candidate selection, and market insights to drive effective hiring decisions.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple functional areas including proactive sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and initiating pre-employment testing.
Support recruiting initiatives that improve process efficiency, enhancing candidate experience, and optimize recruiting tools.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and provide guidance on hiring strategy, market conditions, and effective selection approaches.
Other duties and projects as assigned.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience:
3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting a mixture of corporate, field operations, and sales roles. Prior experience as a dedicated sourcer or in a sourcing heavy recruiting role is preferred.
Computer
Skills:
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, recruiting tools, and Microsoft Office products WORK ENVIRONMENT Work environment is an office setting. This is a hybrid position that requires 3 days per week onsite.
