The Toro Company is seeking an experienced recruiter to join their High Volume TTC Talent Acquisition Team in Bloomington, MN. You will be responsible for recruiting hourly production roles, fostering relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring a first-class experience for all applicants.
Ideal candidates will have an Associate’s Degree and at least two years of recruiting experience, with abilities in candidate sourcing and negotiation. This role allows for hybrid work, with three days onsite and flexibility for two days remote.
