Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow with hands‑on experience in recruiting, develop strong communication skills, and learn from an experienced team.
Responsibilities- Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize online platforms, such as Linked In, job boards, and social media, to identify and attract potential candidates. - Resume Screening:
Review applications and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for various roles. - Initial Phone Interviews:
Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit and interest in the role and provide an overview of the job and company. - Interview Coordination:
Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. - Job Postings:
Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on company job boards and external recruiting platforms. - Database Management:
Keep candidate information updated in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and pipeline management. - Candidate Communication:
Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication with candidates to create a positive candidate experience. - Team Support:
Collaborate with the recruiting team on projects and provide administrative support as needed. - Job offers:
Execute job offers for various positions from entry level/high volume, professional and front‑line leadership. - Negotiating:
Responsible for negotiating job offers, including salary, benefits, and contract terms, to secure top talent while aligning with the organization's budget and compensation structure. - Attends recruitment events (job fairs, presentations at schools) promoting job opportunities.
- Partners with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent field; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 3+ years of corporate or search firm, progressive recruiting or research experience with a focus on passive candidate generation & engagement and implementing strategies.
- 3+ years of experience utilizing recruiting tools for sourcing, candidate management & tracking, e.g. Linked In Recruiter, Talent Insights, CRM and ATS systems, web search, and other sourcing products.
- Experience managing high-volume as well as niche hiring.
- Communication

The ability to articulate thoughts clearly and listen effectively. This includes verbal and non-verbal communication. - Interpersonal

Building relationships, showing empathy, and effectively interacting with candidates and hiring managers. - Organizational
Skills:
Managing multiple candidates and interviews efficiently, keeping track of schedules, and maintaining records. - Attention to Detail:
Thoroughness in reviewing resumes, evaluating candidates, and ensuring compliance with hiring policies. - Adaptability:
The ability to adjust to changing circumstances, whether it's shifts in hiring needs or unexpected challenges in the recruitment process.
