We are seeking a Specialist II, Compliance to support our Ethics & Compliance function through the management of internal investigations and enterprise compliance initiatives. In this role, you will lead and advise on complex misconduct investigations, provide guidance on compliance matters, and help strengthen programs that mitigate risk and support a culture of integrity.

Who You Are:
- University degree in a related discipline with 7+ years of directly related experience; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Proven experience conducting workplace, ethics, compliance, or regulatory investigations in a complex organizational environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear and actionable recommendations for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple stakeholders and maintaining alignment across functions.
- Skilled at building trust, credibility, and strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
- High proficiency with standard business software and technology tools, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Working knowledge of ethics, compliance, governance, and regulatory frameworks; professional certifications and knowledge of the pipeline industry are considered assets.
Preferred:
- Professional credentials or certifications considered an asset.
- Demonstrated understanding of the pipeline business and regulatory environment.
Working Conditions:
- Primarily office-based role with occasional travel to Enbridge locations or third-party sites, including potential international travel.
Salary Ranges from $120,000 – $165,000 USD for US locations based upon candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity.
Salary Ranges from $120,000 – $165,000 CAD for Ontario locations based upon candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity. Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
