Summary
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment efforts for the organization under the direction of the Director of HR.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Post position openings promptly, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clarity in postings.
- Manage job advertising campaigns on various platforms and report to the Director of HR regarding spending.
- Perform outreach to candidates for open positions.
- Attend hiring and outreach events at colleges and universities, career/workforce centers, and/or other hiring agencies.
- Review application materials of candidates including resumes, cover letters, transcripts, etc.
- Conduct candidate screenings for applicants.
- Schedule and participate in interviews for candidates.
- Develop and revise screening and interview questions for positions.
- Develop and revise job descriptions under the direction of the Director of HR.
- Track and report on recruitment/hiring statistics and information to the Director of HR.
- Maintain accurate and thorough recruitment and candidate records.
- Extend job offers over the phone and via email, and schedule next orientation steps with candidates.
- Assist with special projects as assigned by the Director of HR.
- Additional assigned duties as required.
- Must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. College degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in Human Resources is preferred.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to transport materials to different facilities.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must have excellent attention to detail & ensure accuracy across documents.
- Must pass a background study issued by the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
This role is designated for Business Hours, Monday-Friday

- Annual Pay: $43,680-$47,840
