Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Project Engineer (Level II) to join our Professional Services team. This role is ideal for a certified technical professional with hands-on experience in managing IT projects from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients, ensuring seamless integration and execution across various technologies.
Department: Professional Services
Location: One Net Global - Remote
Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 / year
Responsibilities- Lead and support IT infrastructure and cloud-based project implementations.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra . Additional platforms as needed i.e. Microsoft Active Directory.
- Document project progress, technical configurations, and client communications.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
- Provide post-implementation support and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams.
- Minimum 5 years in IT project engineering or related role.
- Experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, identity management, and enterprise IT environments.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Experience with Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and service delivery frameworks.
- Experience scoping and requirement gathering of cloud infrastructure, identity management, and enterprise IT environments.
