Ready to apply? We currently have an opportunity for a IT Manager, Solution Architect – Salesforce Commerce Technical Lead to join our team located at our Corporate Office‑maurices‑Duluth, MN 55802.
Position OverviewAs the Technical Lead – Salesforce Commerce, you will have the opportunity to build and support innovative, integrated, scalable, and balanced system solutions aligned with our Business and IT strategies. Using design & critical thinking, deep business knowledge, situational awareness and multi‑disciplinary experience, this position will deliver insight, trusted advice and the technical support and leadership needed to make efficient use of technology and information assets.
You will work with the team to provide high quality code solutions to meet business needs in the implementation, enhancement, and support of the ecommerce platform and related marketing technology integrations. You should have knowledge of Commerce development as well as using the platform to perform configuration, data and integration changes.
Typically works on multiple projects that require increased skill in multiple technical environments, while leading related production support teams.
Performance Requirements- Design, architect and support applications within the domain including eCommerce, Payment Solutions, third‑party integrations (including Marketing Technology integrations) for digital channel as well as related processes, enhancements, system upgrades, and projects.
- Ownership of complete software lifecycle delivery including software and system architecture, technical design and development, documentation, testing and data migration solutions and deployments of business applications in your domain.
- You will be responsible for understanding requirements, reading tasks, following estimates, and assist in developing the code / configuration for projects you are assigned to.
- You will provide guidance and oversight to development teams to ensure that both the process is followed and the solution that is delivered is consistent with architecture development policies and standards.
- Works closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. These solutions must be aligned with business and IT strategies and comply with the organization’s architectural standards.
- Acts as a strategic thought partner, propose alternatives/solutions in alignment with requirements/objectives/timelines and address issues facing the business.
- Acts as liaison between the business and IT technical and development teams to assist in documenting and converting business requirements into technology requirements.
