• Design the finance solution and perform setup for the client including business processes, system configuration, customization, and integration with third‑party applications.
• Facilitate discussions with business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present a technical vision and solutions in the form of process design, software products, customizations, and integrations to meet those needs.
• Serve as a contributor within the implementation delivery team to develop a solution proposal and execution plan that includes scope, assumptions, implementation plan, and technology solution options to meet project goals as well as longer‑term needs.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance in finance and proactively identify risks and mitigation plans within the respective functional area.
• Maintain knowledge of third‑party software vendors to leverage complementary offerings and effectively compare solutions.
• Communicate complex topics regarding solutions and related projects to audiences both with and without deep technical skills.
• Perform demonstrations of D365 Finance to clients as part of project execution and proof of concept, Joint Process Design methodology.
• Leverage knowledge and experience to find and encourage win‑win solutions with team members and clients.
• Organize tasks and projects efficiently and set clear goals to ensure timely completion.
• Make effective decisions and recommendations for Stoneridge Software and our clients’ best interests.
• Deliver high‑quality work within established deadlines, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Prioritize self‑development by attending training or self‑learning to enhance skills and expertise.
• Instill trust through honesty, integrity, and respect, modeling the organization’s values and vision.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5‑8+ years of consulting experience.
• 3+ years leading D365F&O implementations.
• At least 2 full life‑cycle D365 F&O implementations with Finance.
