As a Technical Project Manager III in Corporate Sector, you will help lead complex technology projects and programs that drive business goals and create value for clients, employees, and stakeholders. • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology projects
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing risk management strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including software development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Utilize technical fluency to evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and vendor products for project implementation
• Monitor project progress, adjusting plans and schedules as needed, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project or program lifecycle

• Formal training or certification in technical program management and 5+ years applied experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem‑solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
• Proven experience leading through the project lifecycle management, including influencing decision makers and adapting to changes as business needs evolve
• Strong technical fluency, with familiarity in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies
• Proficient in stakeholder management, with a track record of establishing productive working relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes

• Demonstrated experience serving as an Agility Lead/Scrum Master, facilitating core Scrum ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).
• Strong working knowledge of Agile principles and practices, with the ability to coach teams and partners to improve delivery outcomes and team health.
• Proficiency with Jira (and related tooling such as Confluence) to manage backlogs, user stories, sprint boards, workflows, and dashboards.
• Proven ability to identify, escalation, and remove impediments, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and blockers across teams.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, translating delivery status and metrics into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience driving continuous improvement using delivery metrics (e.g., velocity, throughput, cycle time) and retrospectives to improve predictability and quality.
