We are in search of a Vice President of Digital and IT, responsible for leveraging the latest technologies to enable all parts of our organization to serve customers in a way that is incomparable and provides revolutionary capabilities that enable Trystar to scale to meet the demands of the large and rapidly growing market that we serve.

Reporting to the CEO and a member of the Trystar Senior Leadership Team (SLT), the Vice President of Digital and IT is responsible for leading the creation of a technology roadmap that looks to leverage the best of existing and emerging technological capabilities that will be leveraged to accelerate our growth. Partnering with leaders across the organization to identify the biggest impact needs and opportunities, the Vice President of Digital and IT will develop a team responsible for selecting and implementing the technologies that are best for Trystar.

The VP of Digital and IT will also be responsible for leveraging external 3rd parties to augment the capabilities of the internal team to maximize the speed and effectiveness of technology solution delivery.

We are seeking a high energy, execution-oriented individual who will have a passion for the growth and rapid evolution of this business and the customers it serves. The Vice President of Digital and IT will be experienced in managing internal and external technology teams and have a good understanding of both core IT infrastructure as well as the most modern digital tools and applications.

As a senior leader, this role requires someone who can combine both strong business acumen with digital expertise, as well as someone who can think big and be bold in their leadership while demonstrating outstanding functional team management and technical skills. This role will be expected to drive transformation of our business.

This role will report to the CEO and be based at one of our Minnesota, USA locations.
