• Define functional and non‑functional requirements for planning platforms.
• Lead end‑to‑end implementations of Advanced Planning Systems (APS) in supply chain.
• Design UI/UX and configure Kinaxis to support IBP/S&OP, demand/supply planning, inventory management, order fulfillment, and control tower.
• Conduct data discovery, mapping, transformation, and normalization for APS use cases.
• Design integrated solution architecture and ensure integration with ERP, HRIS, data platforms, and analytics.
• Implement data integration patterns for secure, performant, fast deployments.
• Create implementation roadmaps and scope effort for APS programs.
• Align APS with evolving technology landscapes, such as S/4
  
  HANA migration dependencies.
• Advise on tooling options, providing actionable insights into advantages and trade‑offs.

• Create client‑specific strategic materials, surfacing insights from technical and strategic viewpoints.
• Translate technical findings into measurable business impact and improvement opportunities.
• Develop clear messaging and deliver communications efficiently.
• Lead organizational change for new planning solutions, managing stakeholder engagement, adoption, and training.
• Restructure IT processes and teams to support planning capabilities.
• Align platform capabilities to deliver value‑driven outcomes such as improved demand prediction, inventory reduction, and cost optimization.
• Establish KPIs and value metrics to measure platform success and ROI.
• Present updates, case studies, and escalations to client and internal teams.
• Facilitate technical and strategic workshops and sessions.

• Build and nurture relationships with key clients.
• Provide direction on key work items and give constructive feedback.
• Manage project expectations and maintain control during escalations.
• Ensure quality assurance of junior staff output and overall clarity.
• Drive consistency of technical deliverables, especially with external integration partners.
• Promote a positive experience for junior staff.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mathematics, natural sciences, IT, business management, or related field.
• 5+ years of practical experience leading APS implementations with Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, or similar.
• Experience in business process design and configuration.
• Experience managing cross‑functional, global deployments for planning transformations.
