Mers around the world to lead data conversion initiatives for system implementations and upgrades. This role requires a strong technical background, analytical mindset, and the ability to work cross‑functionally with business, IT, and vendor teams.

• Lead and support data conversion strategy and execution for system implementations or upgrades.
• Analyze source and target data structures, mappings, and transformation requirements.
• Coordinate with business, IT, and vendor teams to define conversion rules and validate outcomes.
• Manage data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and load activities.
• Identify data quality issues and drive remediation efforts.
• Oversee testing activities, including mock conversions, reconciliation, and validation.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution related to conversion work.
• Document mapping specifications, conversion logic, and process controls.
• Support cutover planning and post‑go‑live data stabilization.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data management standards.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technology field.
• Five (5) years of experience in Data Conversion Services on large‑scale projects in a private, public, government, or military environment.

• On‑site at 3M HQ Maplewood, MN; required to work at least four days per week at the 3M Center.

• Travel up to 10% may be required.
• Relocation may be authorized.
