Location:

Position Overview

As the IT Manager/Solutions Architect – Corporate Systems, you will design and support innovative, integrated, scalable and balanced system solutions aligned with our business and IT strategies. You will work with Finance, Sales Audit, and Human Resources to deliver technical solutions.

Essential Duties and Functions
  • Design, architect and support applications within the Corporate Systems domain including Financial, Human Resources, and Sales Audit systems.
  • Ownership of complete software lifecycle delivery including architecture, technical design, development, documentation, testing and data migration solutions.
  • Work closely with customers, business analysts and team members to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner, propose alternatives aligned with requirements and timelines, and address business issues.
  • Act as a liaison between business and IT development teams to document and convert requirements.
  • Provide functional and technical application support for troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance and direction to team members.
  • Manage internal or third‑party vendor technical resources in support of project or operational goals.
  • Drive design decisions independently to ensure overall solution health.
  • Monitor applications and proactively identify performance or operational improvements.
Education, Skills and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a closely related discipline.
  • 5-8+ years of experience designing and implementing technology solutions.
  • Experience in designing master data integrations and data migrations.
  • Experience with system cutover and deployments.
  • Experience with various integration tools and methods.
  • Experience implementing and integrating cloud and on‑prem applications.
  • Experience leading production support teams and managing 3rd‑party vendors.
  • Detail oriented with strong communication skills across all levels.
  • Customer‑focused mindset and strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams, including offshore teams.
