Cerner Millennium Analyst

Overview

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cerner Millennium Analyst to support the design, build, optimization, and maintenance of Cerner solutions across clinical and operational domains. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional knowledge of the Cerner Millennium EHR system, including its core modules and integration capabilities.

• Design, build, test, and maintain Cerner Millennium solutions in line with clinical workflows and organizational goals
• Collaborate with clinical, revenue cycle, HIM, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and configure appropriate solutions
• Provide support for Cerner Power Chart, Orders Results, Clinical Documentation, Scheduling, or other key Millennium modules
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, incidents, and enhancement requests
• Participate in system upgrades, patching, testing, and change control processes
• Create training materials and provide education to end users as needed
• Document system configurations, workflows, and support procedures

• Hands-on experience with Cerner Millennium applications (e.g., Power Chart, Orders, Documentation, Scheduling, etc.)
• Understanding of front-end build/configuration tools, CCL reporting, and Discern Rules
• Familiarity with clinical workflows, regulatory compliance, and healthcare operations
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and analytical skills
• Experience working with integrated systems and HL7 interfaces
