- Expertise in Network Routing & Switching Protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, VLANs, QoS)
- Proven experience with Cisco Secure Access Solutions and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) implementation
- Advanced proficiency in Network Monitoring & Observability tools:
Datadog, Grafana, and Dynatrace - Hands-on management of SIEM integration and security operations

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Network Administrator (14+ years) to join a critical infrastructure team onsite in Duluth, MN. The incumbent will serve as the backbone of the organization's IT operations, responsible for the end‑to‑end management, maintenance, and security of complex hybrid‑cloud network systems. This role demands a high‑level operator capable of maintaining 24/7 network availability, enforcing Zero Trust security protocols, and utilizing AIOps/observability platforms to drive proactive performance optimization.
ROLES& RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the configuration and maintenance of robust network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and complex LAN/WAN/VPN/MPLS topologies.
- Architect and manage hybrid‑cloud connectivity and secure cloud‑native firewall policies across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
- Enforce advanced security measures, including SASE frameworks, ZTNA policies, and ongoing vulnerability assessments to ensure strict compliance with NIST/ISO/SOC 2 standards.
- Utilize AIOps and observability stacks (Datadog/Grafana/Dynatrace) for predictive fault detection, auto‑remediation, and capacity planning.
- Act as a senior technical lead for P1/P2 incident resolution, conducting thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and maintaining high SLA performance benchmarks.
