About the Role
Arctic Wolf is seeking a Marketing Performance Analyst to deepen insight into marketing effectiveness and guide investment decisions across revenue, growth, and finance functions. The role focuses on building dashboards, analyzing funnel performance, assessing campaigns and attribution, and forecasting marketing‐driven revenue.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker; ensure they are user‑friendly, automated, and aligned with business goals.
- Manage and update core marketing artifacts used by leadership to track performance and report to stakeholders.
- Analyze marketing funnel metrics (lead volume, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline creation, opportunity velocity, closed‑won revenue); identify conversion bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Evaluate campaign and channel effectiveness across digital, events, email, partner, and ABM channels; analyze spend efficiency.
- Support the implementation and refinement of attribution models (first‑touch, last‑touch, multi‑touch, W‑shaped, algorithmic) to measure marketing impact on pipeline and revenue.
- Build forecasting and planning models using historical data and predictive analytics; partner with finance and Rev Ops for quarterly and annual projections.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Curiosity and a data‑driven mindset; always seeking the why behind numbers.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or business intelligence, preferably in a B2B SaaS setting.

Compensation & BenefitsBase salary range: $54,000 – $205,000 USD annually. Compensation may include variable incentive, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, mental health, dental, disability, life, and AD&D coverage; fertility support and paid parental leave.
